This Program will help you to build routines you can do every single day that have the abilty to shape your day & have a postive effect on your PRESENT reality.

There will be an intro gathering on June 21st @9am EST live on zoom which will give guidance and tips for the practice that will be recorded & shared.

There will also be pop up daily sessions that can be attended that will also be recorded & shared.
