Yoga

Its no secret to anyone that knows me that I LOVE yoga. It has by far been the biggest turning point in my life and I am so thankful for the wisdom it has instilled in me. Through yoga I have learned so much about who I am and what makes me tick and it is my desire as a teacher to spark the same interest in others.

I have been teaching a variety of styles that include yoga strong, vinyasa, hatha, yang/yin, yin, restorative & aerial for over a decade.
